In a separate building of the student club, rehearsals and performances of all the creative teams of the university are held. And on the stage of the club regularly show concerts, performances, games of the Club of the Funny and Inventive and much more.

There are grocery stores near FESTU ("Raz-dva", "Amba" etc.), shopping centers - "Schastye" (with a supermarket) and "Magaziny Radosti" (this shopping center has a cinema, jewelry and perfumery and cosmetic salons, mobile communication salons), cafés and coffee houses. There are operational printing points where you can quickly print your drawings, course projects and papers, abstracts and reports.

At 500 m from FESTU - the railway station, from where it is easy to get to anywhere in Khabarovsk. At a distance of about 500 m from the Far East State University of Transportation, there is a bus station, from where you can get to settlements in the suburbs of Khabarovsk.
